Who We Are

In 2019, Greg and Vicky stepped into the U COUNT Executive Director position. They feel blessed to work together in a ministry that brings help and hope to men, women, and children around the world. Greg is Vice President of Engineering at Broadcom and also serves as Board Chair of Serve 6.8. Vicky earned her Business Degree and MBA from Colorado State University, started her career at Hewlett Packard, and has always had a heart for missions and the marginalized.

Bee serves as U COUNT's Marketplace Leader, combining a background in retail with a passion for ministry and missions. She earned her bachelor's degree in Apparel & Merchandising from Colorado State University and went on to build a career in product design, with products sold by major retailers nationwide. She also holds certificates in Women in Leadership and Business Strategy from Cornell University. While serving as a Care Ministry Intern at Timberline Church, Bee began pursuing her Master of Divinity degree (est completion 2028). Today, she brings her professional retail expertise, strategic leadership, and a huge heart towards missions to her role at U COUNT.

Kathy is the Director of Operations for U COUNT Marketplace. She has volunteered since 2010. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business and Accounting from Colorado State University and retired in 2009 after a 29-year career with HP, Agilent, and Avago in finance and operations management.

Theresa is the Communications Manager and has been with U COUNT since 2009. She started as a writer and editor, and her role expanded to include the newsletter, website, social media, and brand management. She graduated with an English degree from Colorado State University.

Barb joined the directional team in January 2020 after serving as a volunteer for four years with marketplace events and projects. She has been an early childhood teacher for 28 years and is excited to be part of U COUNT's team.

Kris is a Co-Director of Operations and has been a volunteer with U COUNT since 2016. She became a member of the Directional Team in 2025. Kris is actively involved in many aspects of U COUNT from setting up events, warehouse and boutique activities and product shipment. In addition, she has led the U COUNT Spotlight Weekend in Windsor, Colorado since 2019. Kris is married to Dennis and they have two sons, one daughter, four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Kris is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Colorado in 1994. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves doing anything outdoors.
