They have a daughter who lives in Dallas and a son attending the University of Arizona. As a family, they love to travel, do outdoor recreation and are always looking for new adventures to create lifetime memories.

Lisa Christopherson

Founder/Marketplace Executive Director

Lisa started in 2007 to develop opportunity for survivors of human trafficking by buying their handmade goods and creating a market to sell them. This not only gave them an income but instilled the confidence they needed to recover from their pasts. She has traveled to India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Spain, and Guatemala to meet vulnerable and marginalized communities and to learn more about the world of human trafficking. In 2016, Lisa founded Beauty Renewed to develop and manufacture product with survivors to sell in the US market. Utilizing strategic partnerships with on ground organization’s, Beauty Renewed can provide opportunity for dignified work for survivors in the United States.  Lisa currently lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her ruggedly good looking husband. They have raised 4 children, fostered 21 at risk boys  and continue to serve the northern Colorado community in anti-human trafficking efforts.
